1. Who we are
This website, openpathhealth.com, is owned and operated by Marque Group LLC, doing business as OpenPath Health Solutions (“OpenPath,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). OpenPath Health Solutions is a trade name of Marque Group LLC, not a separate company. Our address is 5420 NW 33rd Ave, Suite #11, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309.
OpenPath does not sell insurance. We are a marketing and intake brand. When you ask us for information, a licensed agent from Safe Shield Health Agency or another agency on our partner agencies list contacts you, quotes you, and handles enrollment if you choose to move forward. That distinction matters for this policy, because it means your information is shared — see §4.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Your ZIP code, age range, household makeup, coverage timeline, and current coverage situation
- For Medicare-eligible visitors, where you are in the Medicare process and what matters most to you
- Anything else you choose to tell us on a call or in a message
We do not ask for your Social Security number, your date of birth, your medical records, or your financial account details on this website.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, device and browser type, operating system, and general location
- Pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, and how you interacted with forms
- Advertising click identifiers (for example
gclidorfbclid) so we can tell which ad brought you here - The phone number displayed to you and whether you called it, through our call-tracking provider
Consent and lead-certification records
When you submit a request, we capture a record of the consent you gave: the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, the page you were on, and a certificate from our independent lead-certification providers (such as Jornaya and TrustedForm). These records exist to prove what you actually agreed to, and they protect you as much as us.
3. How we use your information
- To have a licensed agent contact you about coverage options, because you asked us to
- To determine which plan types and which licensed agent are appropriate for your situation and your state
- To follow up by phone, text, or email about your request until you tell us to stop
- To keep the records described in §2 for consent and compliance purposes
- To measure which ads and pages work, and to improve the website
- To meet our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
4. Who we share it with
Read this section even if you skip the rest. When you submit a request on this site, your information is shared with licensed insurance agencies so they can contact you. That is the point of the request — it is not a side effect.
Licensed partner agencies
We share the information you submit with Safe Shield Health Agency and the other licensed agencies listed on our partner agencies page, so a licensed agent can contact you about the coverage options you asked about. That list is dated and maintained. If an agency is not on it, it does not have your consent through us.
[DECISION NEEDED — see DECISIONS.md §11.] If OpenPath makes your information available to insurance agencies beyond those listed — including sharing the same request with more than one agency, or making it available again at a later date — this section must say so plainly, including how many agencies may contact you and over what period. Consent cannot be broadened after the fact, and a policy that understates sharing is worse than one that discloses it clearly.
Service providers
We use vendors that process information on our behalf and under contract: customer relationship management and marketing automation platforms, telephony and call-tracking providers, SMS and email delivery services, lead-certification providers, hosting providers, and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
Advertising and analytics partners
We use advertising and analytics tools from third parties, including Meta and Google. These tools may set cookies or receive identifiers that let them measure ad performance and show you ads elsewhere. What they collect is governed by their own privacy policies.
Legal and business transfers
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or regulator request; to establish or defend legal claims; to protect the rights or safety of any person; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
What we do not do
We do not share your information with anyone who is not a licensed agency, a contracted service provider, or otherwise described in this section. We do not share it for the independent marketing purposes of unrelated companies.
5. Calls, texts and consent
When you check the consent box and submit a request, you give prior express written consent for OpenPath, Safe Shield Health Agency, and our listed partner agencies to contact you at the number you provided — including by automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and text message — even if that number is on a federal or state Do Not Call registry.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can call us instead and buy exactly the same coverage.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
- You can revoke consent at any time, by any reasonable method, and we honor it across every channel — not just the one you used to tell us.
Our full Do Not Call practices, including how requests are recorded and how quickly they take effect, are described in our Do Not Call Policy and Procedure.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your progress through the quiz, measure traffic, and attribute conversions to the ad that brought you here. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
Some browsers send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. Where the law requires us to treat that signal as an opt-out of sharing for targeted advertising, we do.
7. Your choices and rights
Anyone, anywhere
- Stop contact: call 888-450-5501, email [email protected], reply STOP to a text, or simply tell the agent on the call. Any of these is enough.
- Access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, by contacting us.
- Opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link in any message.
Depending on where you live
Residents of Florida, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and a growing number of other states have specific rights under state privacy law — typically the right to know what we hold, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Some states allow an authorized agent to make a request for you.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using §14. We will verify your request, usually by confirming details you already gave us, and respond within the time the applicable law allows. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.
8. How long we keep it
We keep consent and lead-certification records for at least five years, because telephone consumer protection rules require us to be able to prove what you agreed to. We keep Do Not Call requests indefinitely — deleting them would defeat their purpose. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes in §3 or as required by law.
9. Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor contracts requiring equivalent protection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Health information
This website is not designed to collect protected health information, and we ask you not to send medical details through it. The quiz asks about your general situation — your age range, your household, whether you have coverage — not about your medical history.
Information you later share directly with a licensed agent during the insurance application process is handled by that agency under the privacy and security obligations that apply to it, which may include HIPAA and state insurance privacy laws.
11. Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Other websites
We link to sites we do not control, including HealthCare.gov, Medicare.gov, and carrier websites. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. If a change materially expands how we share your information, we will not apply it retroactively to information already collected without a new consent.
